It was great to work with Tom and his team, Gina and Rachel - they guided me during all the steps of getting a mortgage to purchase my new house. In my case, the entire process took about 6 months, from August when I first called Tom, to February when the purchase was completed. Things have been especially busy in the last two months. The communication via phone and email was always prompt and informative. They have a convenient way to upload the requested documents and information. For these six month I always felt that Tom was keeping everything in check, making sure the process runs smoothly. Tom attended the closing - my agent, Christine Amato (sadler krupa realty) and I were glad to meet him in person.

Also worth mentioning is the Cash2Keys program, which has helped so many buyers win in this competitive market. Every person that I spoke with or emailed was incredibly friendly and pleasant. I had a lot of questions that Tom was able to answer, even to the point of speaking over zoom and explaining in simple terms the various unfamiliar jargon. Email communication with the Sewel Processing Team; Samantha & Rachel were wonderful. They explained exactly what they needed from me and were patient with me when I misunderstood their requests. Zac sent great videos explaining insurance and was able to answer questions as I had them while diligently following up.
The only hiccup that I had was from the Appraisal side of things. The Friday before settlement, I spoke to all necessary parties who made it seem to me that all was well in the world. By the time I received Tom's message 3 hours later as I was boarding a plane to come home, things fell apart for settlement occurring Monday morning. I worked over the weekend to provide the necessary photos, spoke with Tom thru texts and had a hard time understanding why at first it was "insurance" as the reason for the delay and then told it was "the house appraisal". That was the only lack of communication, comments and answers that frustrated me.
Aside from that, the team was wonderful! Thank you!!
