Tom and his team worked very hard in a short amount of time to get me approved for the Cash 2 Keys Program. They did everything they could and their communication was top notch. I was so excited to get approved and that’s all thanks to Tom! I ended up not needing that program, but because of the relationship we built, I wanted to use Tom for my conventional mortgage and he and his team didn’t disappoint. They continued to communicate effectively and Tom was always available to explain and walk me through things along the way. His calm, cool and collected personality helped tremendously during what can be a stressful time. I am grateful for Tom and his team and all they did to get me in my new home!
