It was great to work with Tom and his team, Gina and Rachel - they guided me during all the steps of getting a mortgage to purchase my new house. In my case, the entire process took about 6 months, from August when I first called Tom, to February when the purchase was completed. Things have been especially busy in the last two months. The communication via phone and email was always prompt and informative. They have a convenient way to upload the requested documents and information. For these six months I always felt that Tom was keeping everything in check, making sure the process runs smoothly. Tom attended the closing - my agent, Christine Amato (sadler krupa realty) and I were glad to meet him in person.
